Emma Larsson's mastery of watercolor -- the understanding of bleeds, edges, layering, and preservation of white space -- is on full display. While color intrigues us first, like a rare bird, or flower, Larsson's graphite work emerges as a foil playing to a more meditative tendency: one with no less information, just different pacing. At each turn were find ourselves rapt in the rhythms of her dreamt up world.
