Repairs / Warranty Information

Mary MacGill is happy to assist you with any broken jewelry. For items requiring a simple repair that were purchased within the past two years, there is a $10 repair fee, plus shipping. For items purchased over two years ago, or if the item requires a more complicated fix/complete re-make, repair fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis that takes into account material and labor. We will always check with the customer before completing more costly repairs. Turnaround for repairs is 3-4 weeks.

Please note that all repair fees will be determined at the discretion of Mary MacGill and are subject to fluctuating metal and stone markets. We maintain the right to refuse any repairs.
